Section 11(1) in The Punjab State Board for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution Rules, 1983
(1)The occupier of the premises shall provide portholes and platforms conveniently located for easy access to potholes and all other necessary facilities for taking samples of air or emission from any chimney, flue, or duct, or any other outlets.
