Section 16(1)(a) in Haryana Municipal (Sanitation and Public Health) Bye-laws, 1976

(a)the [dead body] [Substitued by Haryana Notification No. S.O.48/H.A./24/1973/Sections 200 and 214/2010, dated 19th March, 2010 for the word 'dead'.] shall be interred within six hours after its arrival at the burial ground which may be extended to eight hours in special cases where delay is due to rockiness of the ground;
