Section 37(1) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Election Rules, 1994
(1)Every ballot paper shall have a counter-foil attached thereto and the said ballot paper and the counter-foil shall be in such Form, and the particulars therein shall be in Hindi and in such other language or languages as the State Election Commissioner may direct.
