Section 4(1) in Tamil Nadu Municipalities (Regulation of Sinking of Wells and Safety Measures) Rules, 2015
(1)Every application for grant of Certificate of Registration shall be made to the Commissioner in respect of Municipal Corporations and to the District Collector in respect of other areas in Form - E and shall be accompanied by a fee of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousands only) by means of a demand draft.
