12. Completion of Scrutiny.
(1)The Returning Officer shall endorse on each nomination paper his decision whether the nomination paper has been accepted or rejected; and in case the nomination paper has been rejected, the reasons there for.(2)The scrutiny shall be completed on the day appointed in this behalf and no adjournment of proceeding shall be allowed.
