84. Power to stay.
- The [High Court] [Substituted for the words 'Special Appellate Tribunal' by the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Amendment Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 26 of 2003).], the Land Tribunal or the Land Commissioner may stay the execution of any decision or order pending the exercise of its or his powers under this Chapter.
