27. Application of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908.
(1)Sections 6 to 9 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908, shall not apply to suits or proceedings under this Act.(2)Except as declared in sub-section (1) the provisions of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908, shall apply to all proceedings under this Act as if a certificate were a decree of a Civil Court.
