(2)[ All rules made under this Act shall be published in the Fort St. George Gazette and unless they are expressed to come into force on a particular day shall come into force on the day on which they are so published.] [Substituted for the original sub-section (2) by section 2 of the by Tamil Nadu Cultivating Tenanls Protection and Payment of Fair Rent (Amendment) Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 32 of 1961) which-was deemed to have come into force on the 2nd March 1960.]
