22. Consideration of application by the Commission.
- The Commission shall scrutinize the applications received by it and after considering the eligibility of the applicant for admission to the examination to be held by it for the purpose of recruitment under Rule 15 shall issue well in advance a certificate of admission to each eligible candidate to appear at [the Preliminary Written Examination or Main] [Inserted vide O.G.E. No. 913 dated 9.5.2008.] the written examination or the interview, as the case may be.
