Section 8(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1998
(1)The funds of the Committee shall consist of such amounts as may be allocated and granted it by the State Authority as also such amounts as may be received by the Committee from time to time either by way of donations or by way of costs, charges and expenses recovered from tile legal aided persons or the opposite party or otherwise.
