Section 57 in The Special Economic Zones Act, 2005

57. Amendment of certain enactments.—

With effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint, the enactments specified in the Third Schedule shall be amended in the manner specified therein:Provided that different dates may be appointed on which the amendments specified in the Third Schedule shall apply to a particular Special Economic Zone or a class of Special Economic Zones or all Special Economic Zones.
