Section 24 in The Orissa Apartment Ownership Act, 1982
24. Power to make rules.
(1)The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing powers they may make rules in respect of all matters expressly required or allowed by this Act to be prescribed.
