The Court : Learned counsel for the respective parties are present. The parties have drawn the attention of this Court to the order passed by this Court dated 5th October, 2021 wherein as per the prayer made by the respective parties, the matters were referred to the Administrative Mechanism for Resolution of Central Public Sector Enterprises Dispute (AMRCD). It is further submitted by the respective parties that the matter is pending before the concerned authority and proceeding is going on.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the last several months the matter is pending before the concerned authority and till date no final decision has been taken and prays for direction upon the AMRCD to dispose of the proceeding within a month.
Considered the prayers made by the parties.
It is found that since October, 2021 the matter is pending before the authority and no final decision has been taken till date. It is expected from the AMRCD that the proceeding will be concluded as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from date.
Let the matter appear on 7th November, 2022.
