Section 2(b) in Andhra Pradesh (Secunderabad Area) Land Administration Rules, 1976
(b)market value means the price which the land would fetch if sold in the open market and arrived at on the basis of registered sale deeds of similar land in the vicinity or by conducting local enquiry.
