Section 12A(1) in Himachal Pradesh Aerial Ropeways Act, 1968
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the official gazette, constitute one or more Expert Committees consisting of such number of persons, having such knowledge and experience in design, setting up and operating aerial ropeways, and no such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
