Section 11(1) in The M.P. Rajkoshiya Uttardayitva Avam Budget Prabandhan Adhiniyam, 2005
(1)The Minister-in-Charge of the Department of Finance (hereinafter referred to as 'Minister of Finance'), shall review, every half yearly, the trends in receipts and expenditure in relation to the budget estimates and place before the State Legislature, the outcome of such reviews.
