Section 11(48) in First Statutes of Team Lease Skills University
(48)To Prepare Annual Report containing:(a)A review of progress made in different spheres and steps taken towards the fulfillment of the objects of the University;(b)The amount of receipts and disbursements and the purpose for which they were made;(c)The number and positions of Teaching Staff,, Administrative Staff and Technical Staff;(d)The number of students program-wise and course-wise.(ii)If urgent action by the Board of Management becomes necessary, the Chairperson may permit the business to be transacted by the circulation of papers to the members of the Board of Management. The action proposed to be taken shall not be taken unless agreed to by a majority of the members of the Board of Management. The resolution so circulated and approved shall be as effective and binding as if such resolution has been passed at the meeting of Board of Management;(iii)The Board of Management shall exercise such other powers and functions as prescribed by the Statutes from time to time.
