Section 24(4) in Haryana Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(4)Every appeal shall be accompanied by:-(i)An authenticated copy of the order against which appeal is made;(ii)A copy of the application made by the appellant on which the Board passed the order being impugned in the appeal;(iii)Any document relative to the appeal.
