Section 4(7) in Sai Nath University, Jharkhand Act, 2012
(7)The University will acquire 20 acre of land within lst year from the date of passing of the Act and construct 25,000 sq ft of building in the first year after obtaining the land. The University will construct additional 25,000 sq ft of building in the subsequent year.
