Section 21 in The Punjab Bovine Breeding Act, 2016
21. Penalties.
(1)Any person who contravenes or violates any provision of this Act or rules made thereunder, shall be punished with a fine up to one lakh rupees or with rigorous imprisonment upto one year, or both.(2)The fine so imposed, may be recovered from the person concerned, as arrears of land revenue.
