119. Commissions.
(1)No person, who is exempted from personal appearance in a Civil Court under section 133 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1977 shall be compelled to appear in person before a Panchayati Adalat for the purpose of giving evidence.(2)Any such person may be examined on commission in the prescribed manner.
