Section 26 in Telangana Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960
26. Exemptions.
- Notwithstanding anything in this Act, the Government may by notification in the Telangana Gazette, exempt, subject to such conditions and terms, if any, as they may specify in the notification, any building or class of buildings from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
