24. Method of recording evidence.
- The Claims Tribunals shall, as examination of witnesses proceeds, make brief memorandum of the substance of the evidence of each witness and such memorandum shall be written and signed by the Presiding Judge of the Claims Tribunal and shall form part of the evidence:Provided that evidence of any expert witness shall be taken down, as nearly as may be, word for word.
