(8)Debentures secured by a first charge on any immovable property, plant orequipment, of any company which has paid interest in full for five yearsimmediately preceding or for at least five out of the six years immediatelypreceding on such or similar debentures issued by the company.[Seesection 27-A(1)(f)]
