Section 12(a) in Regulation for the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
(a)If the thesis is recommended for the Ph.D. Degree by any two examiners and rejected by the third examiner, then the thesis will be referred to another external examiner from the panel already approved by the Ph.D. Committee a super selection to be made by the Vice-Chancellor. The assessment of this examiner shall be final.
