Section 26(3) in The M.P. Homoeopathy Council (General) Rules, 1976
(3)A copy of the minutes of each meeting of the Council shall be submitted to the President within 10 days of the meeting and attested by him and they shall then be sent to each member within 30 days of the meeting.
