Section 34(3)(k) in The Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003

(k)the foster mother should be willing to attend training or orientation programmes;
(i)the foster parent(s) should be willing to take the child for regular (at least once a month in the case of infants) checkups to a paediatrician approved by the agency.
