1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
2. Mr. Talsania, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners in WPL 956 of 2023, WPL 1239 of 2023, WPL 5656 of 2023 and WPL 5710 of 2023 would deposit the amount of interest @ 6% p.a. as directed by the Court in Appellate Side WP No.4696 of 2022 and connected matters on 13 February 2023.
3. Let the amount of interest be deposited within a period of two weeks from today.
4. Stand over to 1 August 2023.
