Section 2(2) in Telangana Bio-fertilizers (Monitoring and Quality Control) Act, 2006
(2)'Certificate of Source' means a certificate issued by the Government or as the case may be, the Manufacturer to the Dealer indicating the source from Bio-fertilizer for purpose of sale is obtained;
