Section 1 in The High Court of Karnataka (Contempt of Court Proceedings) Rules, 1981
1. Title.
(1)These rules shall be called the High Court of Karnataka (Contempt of Court Proceedings) Rules, 1981.(2)They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Karnataka Gazette.
