FACTS
The appellant is absent. The Public Authority is represented by Mr.Ahsok Bhatnagar,PIO, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
2. The appellant is seeking information regarding ClassIII employees working the District & Session courts, details of departmental enquiries, details of NOCs issued for Passports 1 including details of the cases in which NOCs were refused for Passports. The respondent authority presented written submissions during hearing, where in it was mentioned that they replied to the appellant on 1292012 stating that the information sought by him is not specific and that the said information relates to the personal information which is barred u/s 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act and with regard to NOC for passports they submitted that the record is huge and is not readily available with them, Decision:
3. Heard the submissions. The Commission directs the respondent authority to furnish the names of ClassIII employees against whom departmental enquiry is going on since 112012 till date, to the appellant within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
5. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
