(a)Pensions and gratuities are regulated by the Civil Service Regulations. The regulations below contain additional instructions that will be helpful in the correct preparation and submission of pension cases.NOTE. - The rules in the Civil Service Regulations are to be read as superseded by rules 13 and 14 of the Superior Civil Services Rules to the extent indicated in those rules.(b)Every effort should be made to submit pension cases complete and without delay so that no hardship may be caused to officers in the early days of their retirement.
