Section 9(4) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH COMMISSIONERATE OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, 1986
(4)The classification and the methods of recruitment, conditions of service, pay and allowances and disciplinary conduct of the officers and other employees referred to in this section shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act, 1984 and such rules as may be made under the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution.
