This Court vide order dated 12/12/2025 directed that the petitioner be permitted to discharge his duties immediately.
This order was bi-party order and matter was directed to be listed in the third week of January, 2026.
It has been intimated by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite t h e bi-party order dated 12/12/2025, respondents have not permitted the petitioner to join his duties.
It is made clear that if the petitioner is not permitted to join the duties, the General Manager (respondent No.3) shall remain present personally before this Court to explain for non-compliance of the order dated 12/12/2025 by filing his/her detailed personal affidavit on 19/02/2026 positively.
It is also made clear that respondents shall comply with the order dated 12/12/2025, otherwise contempt proceedings shall be initiated against the respondent No.3, who is solely responsible for non-compliance of the order and the petitioner shall also be disbursed all the emoluments for which the petitioner is entitled from the date of order of this Court.
List the matter on 19/02/2026.
