(3)The Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement [Authority] [Notified vide G.O. Ms. No. 305 Rev & DM Department dated 20-9-2017] shall have the powers of a civil court in the adjudication of any matter relating to availing of rehabilitation and resettlement benefits through false claims or fraudulent means.
