Section 341C(2) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(2)When any tax is imposed by a Nagar Panchayat in its local area under any of the provisions of this Act as extended under sub-section (1), the proceeds of such tax shall be expended in the same manner in which and for the purposes for which the municipal fund may be extended by a Council.
