Section 6 in The Punjab Nurses Registration Council Regulations
6.
Every meeting of the Council shall be presided over by the President or in his absence by the Vice President. Should the office of the President be vacant or should for any cause the President is unable to carry out any of the duties belonging to the office, the Vice-President shall act for him. In the absence of both the President, and the Vice-President from a meeting the members present shall elect a Chairman from among themselves to preside at the meeting.
