Section 5(1) in Andhra Pradesh Gift Goods (Prevention Of Unlawful Possession) Act, 1965
(1)Notwithstanding anything in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, any offence punishable under this Act shall be a cognizable offence within the meaning of that Code.
