Section 19(2) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(2)Except in a-year in which a periodical list is published under sub-section (1), the Registrar shall cause to be printed and published annually on or before the date prescribed by regulations an addendum and a corrigendum to the periodical list published under sub-section (1) showing :(a)the names of all persons for the time being entered or re-entered in the register, and not included in any subsisting periodical list already printed and published; and(b)the names of all veterinary practitioners included in any subsisting periodical list, whose names have since been removed on account of any reason whatsoever from and not re-entered in the register, and(c)any other amendments to the subsisting periodical list.
