Section 63(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)All habitable rooms shall have for the admission of light and air, one or more means such as windows, exhaust fans and sky lights opening directly to the external air or into an open verandah, Doors are not counted towards the area of opening in walls for lighting and ventilation purposes.
