76. Display of notices of wage regarding date of payment of wages.
- An employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that a notice showing the period for which wages are to be paid, place and time of disbursement of such wages is displayed at a conspicuous place of such construction site in English and Hindi.Chapter - XI Safety and Health General Provisions
