Section 13(iv) in Chandigarh Allotment of Low Cost Tenements on Lease and Hire Purchase Basis Scheme, 1979
(iv)The ground rent shall be uniformally distributed and charged from each of the allottees of respective floors in the cases of multi-storeyed buildings.
