Section 42(1) in M.P. Industrial Relations Rules, 1961
(1)The joint committee may meet as often as convenient but not less than once a month. In cases of urgency, a special meeting of the committee may be called by giving not less than she hours' notice at the request of either side. The meetings shall be held during working hours unless otherwise agreed upon between the two sides.
