Section 270 in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
270. Period of Compulsory Service.
- The period for which a sailor can be compelled to serve shall be reckoned from the date on which his enrolled period commenced without regard to any break in its continuity that may have been occasioned by desertion, invaliding, imprisonment or any other cause.
