UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Application for exemption from filing a certified copy of the impugned judgment is allowed.
Issue notice returnable on 28th August, 2023. Mr. S.Gowthaman and Mr. K.S.Mahadevan, the learned counsel accept notice on behalf respondent Nos. 1-4 and respondent No.5 respectively.
Notice to the respondent No.6 is dispensed with. Counter affidavit to be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
In the meanwhile, the present status of the property, subject matter of auction, shall not be altered.
Learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent- bank submits that even the said bank intends to challenge the same order. If such a petition is filed, it shall be tagged along with this petition.
