Section 20(2)(a) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(a)the Board shall take cognizance of such violation by print or electronic media and shall initiate appropriate orders as per provisions contained in section 22 (2) of the Act;
