Section 25(1) in The Maharashtra State Board Of Nursing And Paramedical Education Act, 2013
(1)It shall be the duty of the Chairman of the Board to ensure that the provisions of the Act and the regulations and bye-laws made thereunder are observed, and he shall have all powers necessary for this purpose.
