(2)Whenever a modification is made in the list in accordance with clause (iii) of sub-section 10, the Assessing Authority shall forthwith give public notice there about that modification has been made in the existing assessment list and assessment list so modified may be inspected at the place and on the date mentioned in the notice. The notice shall be published in the manner laid down in sub-rule (2) of Rule 5.
