Section 9A in The Karnataka Money-Lenders Act, 1961
9A. Repayment of Security Deposit.—
Where a licence has been cancelled by the Registrar, he shall by order in writing refund the security deposit paid but not forfeited under section 7B, to the person whose licence has been so cancelled.
