Section 2(1)(l) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Transmission of Electricity) Regulations, 2007

(l)"Transmission Licence" means a licence granted by the Commission to a person/company under Section 14(a) of the Act for establishing, operating and maintaining of transmission lines and transmission system in the area specified in the licence. The words "Transmission Licensee" shall be construed accordingly.
